Our balloon packs arrive uninflated for you or your decorator to inflate and style. Custom event décor is a separate service; use the Event Services page to request a quote.

Inflation options depend on the balloon type and size. Check the product listing and manufacturer instructions before using helium. Contact us with the product name if you need help choosing balloons for a floating arrangement.

Sizes vary by brand and product. Current listings include options such as 5-inch, 11-inch, 12-inch, and 18-inch balloons. Select the size and pack option on the product page before ordering.

There is no single inflation time for every balloon. Size, inflation method, handling, and event conditions affect results. Follow the manufacturer’s guidance for your selected product and plan inflation around your event.

Keep uninflated balloons in their original packaging in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Follow any additional storage instructions on the manufacturer’s packaging.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout, and tracking is emailed once your order ships. Carrier delivery dates are estimates. Contact us before ordering if your celebration has a firm deadline.

Pickup is not available. Balloon packs ship nationwide. Local delivery and custom event services are available within 30 miles of Menifee, California. Contact us with your location to confirm availability and delivery fees.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but orders already processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

We do not accept returns, including unopened balloon packs. Please review sizes, colors and pack options before ordering. If an item arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos before using or inflating the balloons. Inflated or used balloons and damage during opening, handling, inflation or decorating do not qualify as shipping damage. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.

A damaged order means the product arrived damaged during shipping, including carrier or postal-service damage. You may open the package to inspect the items before use. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged items and shipping packaging before using or inflating the balloons. Keep the items and packaging while we review your claim. Inflated or used balloons, and damage caused during opening, handling, inflation or decorating, are not considered shipping-damaged products. Uninflated balloons and pieces of broken balloons can cause choking or suffocation, particularly for children under 8. Adult supervision is required; keep uninflated balloons away from children and promptly dispose of broken pieces.
