By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Products & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, colors, quantities, and availability.
Inventory is subject to change. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee availability until your order has been successfully completed.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or if an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
Balloon Colors & Appearance
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors accurately. However, actual balloon colors may vary because of:
Screen and display settings
Lighting and photography
Balloon size
Inflation
Manufacturing batches
Differences between manufacturers
Colors with similar names from different balloon manufacturers may not be exact matches.
Minor color variations are not considered product defects.
Pricing
Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate. If a significant pricing, product-description, or inventory error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, when appropriate, contact the customer regarding an affected order.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Orders & Payment
By submitting an order, you represent that the information provided during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted or shipped.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, or incorrect pricing.
Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
Shipping, returns, refunds, damaged products, cancellations, and order changes are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
We do not accept returns. Pickup is not available. Balloon packs ship nationwide; local custom event services and delivery are available within 30 miles of Menifee, California. Please review that policy before placing an order.
Balloon Safety
Balloons may present choking or suffocation hazards, particularly to young children.
Children should be supervised by an adult when balloons are being used. Uninflated balloons and pieces of broken balloons should be kept away from young children and disposed of promptly.
Latex balloons contain natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions in some individuals.
Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following manufacturer warnings and instructions included with the product.
Product Use
Uplift Balloons sells balloon products for their intended decorative and celebratory purposes.
Customers are responsible for proper inflation, handling, storage, installation, and use after receiving the products.
Intellectual Property
The Uplift Balloons name, original website content, graphics, photographs owned by Uplift Balloons, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
Third-party trademarks and product names appearing on the website remain the property of their respective owners.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Uplift Balloons will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of products, circumstances outside our reasonable control, or use of this website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
